1

Initial Assessment

Once we meet for a complimentary consultation, on the phone or via Zoom, we’ll schedule a time for you to come to my studio. You’ll complete a personal history form prior to your appointment, and we will discuss your needs. We’ll do a little bit of gentle movement and breathing so I can get an idea of how your body moves through space.

2

Customized Plan of Care

Your plan of care is tailored to your unique set of needs. I use a collaborative approach with my clients, as I believe that you are the expert of your own suffering, as well as your intuition and wisdom. Depending upon the severity of your symptoms, frequency of sessions depends upon what is recommended.

3

Schedule your follow up sessions

You will always be able to schedule your next appointment at the end of your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 24 hour notice in advance is required, unless you have made prior arrangements. Missed appointments without cancellation and cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged at the full fee.

*This does not pertain to Thai Yoga Massage. There is no consultation prior to your first session. You can let me know your body’s needs in advance of your appointment via text, phone, or email. I am unable to provide concurrent Thai yoga massage and psychotherapy services. These are separate services.
